The Portable Anatesco Solar Steamer
Looking for a low cost alternative to conventional steam generation?

Can't get a Steamer permit?

Generator expenses getting out of hand?

Can't get high quality steam to outlying wells?

Heat losses in transmission lines causing low efficiencies?

Carbon credit craiziness causing continuious convulsions?

Shutting down production because of legal or economic issues relating to carbon emissions?

Tired of hassles or paperwork related to conventional steam generators?

If you answered yes to any of these you need to look at our Solar Steamer!

A trailer mounted demo unit is now available and can be viewed at your location or ours!

The Portable Anatesco Solar Steamer (PASS) has been in the works for over 8 years and after several prototypes we believe we have a viable Model that is appropriate for our environment.

Solar steam is environmentally clean. It does not require the burning of fossil fuels or complex permitting. Ours is a closed system without any emmissions. No smoke, steam, or anything else is emitted into the air. Unless you are an unfortunate sparrow landing on the focal line of the reflector, you can be concern free.

Once in place, a solar plant is very inexpensive to operate. It is also safe and easy to operate.

This type technology has several interesting oilfield applications such as boosting current system steam quality, providing short leadtime heat for new wells or wells in outlying areas (away from centrally located steam generating facilities), or in lowering carbon footprints in emmission sensitive areas.

The basic fundamental technology is based on using reflective parabolic troughs as solar energy collectors that concentrate heat on absorber pipes filled with heat transfer fluid. The HTF is then used in any number of heat exchanging senarios to create process steam.

The technology is not new, but is has been historically relatively expensive in terms of materials required, system fabrication, and startup costs.

That will change with the arrival of the PASS. We will soon be able to offer our clients a working system at a very low startup price point, all in a turnkey system. PASS systems will be initially made available on a lease basis and will be operated and maintained by our trained technicians. Systems will be available for purchase in the first quarter of 2011.

This is a perfect steam generator replacement in special applications. It can also be used to heat cold flowlines, provide spot heat for other thermal consumers, or to keep some old leases alive when conventional process are unworkable or uneconomic.

And did we mention that it also a politically correct thing to do?

And did we mention that meeting carbon reducing rules is a nice way to lower costs?

You can get a sneak preview here of an older reflector (CIRCA 2004) .

If you are interested in this technology, contact Ben, Jeremy, or Doug at 661-399-6990.

Additional information will be posted on this site as we progress.
